Dr. Jim Tegelhutter is an organizational leadership consultant, author, speaker, and executive coach with nearly four decades of experience helping leaders, churches, and organizations cultivate healthy cultures, develop resilient teams, and lead with clarity, integrity, and lasting impact. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University, Jim uniquely combines biblical scholarship, strategic leadership, and pastoral wisdom to equip leaders for sustainable growth and transformational influence. A former senior pastor, professor, and founder of Relentless Ministries, he has preached and taught throughout the United States and internationally across five continents. Jim is the author of four books, with a fifth currently in development, and has written and taught leadership curriculum for Vision Bible College and Seminary, where he also serves on the Board of Directors.
